Most common FAQs
Tradinghard is an application that includes multiple crypto tools created for traders or investors dealing with crypto. It provides live crypto data for you, allowing you to follow instant live trades or data from the market.
We have our own backend server and all our data is hosted on our own servers, but we process some live data through the apis provided by the exchanges and offer it to you. We do not share any user data with any 3rd party provider when processing or providing data.
At the moment we can only provide support via Discord or E-mail (support@tradinghard.com)
We are currently reinvesting all the revenue we make back into the system to improve it, so by keeping our prices cheap we aim to win more customers faster and develop faster for tradinghard so every package you buy has a direct impact on our development of the system at this time, we do not aim to make any profit at this stage.
As a data provider, we use our own data, but we receive and collate this data from the relevant exchanges, so if there is a problem with the exchange, we will have a problem, and we cannot guarantee this, but we have preventive systems that we have developed as much as we can to prevent this problem from occurring.
It's a little bit complicated because we can't store all data as historical data, at least we don't have the infrastructure to do that at the moment because it's a server cost but if you have the elite package you can see all pairs on the exchange without historical data
